This is a standard MagIC G-file output explained in the MagIC manual https://magic-sph.github.io/. Matlab code to read and analyze this file can be found in this collection. To read this file with the Matlab package MatlabSDCR used in Wicht et al. (2018) you have to change the directory in selectField.m (for nModel==2) and set nFileStart=nFileStop=1 at lines 81 and 82 of SDCR.m.
