Serial electron diffraction: example data and scripts

Information

This collection holds a small example data set of Serial Electron Diffraction (SerialED), and a Jupyter Notebooks illustrating how to use diffractem and CrystFEL to pre-process them. Data are taken from the Granulovirus sample as described in the associated paper. Read README.md for installation instructions.
